most free servers come with an editor you can use to easily add your images and links to your page. they also generally offer an html-editor view you can use to copy and paste pre-written html into.

either of these two methods are acceptable for posting your tsu-chan on your site, but remember that if you use the easy-editor method, you must link your tsu-chan back to this site.

if you want to use the html editor method, here is a sample code you can use - all you have to do is replace _IMAGE_.gif with the url of your uploaded tsu-chan. (not sure how to find the url for your tsu-chan? click here for help.)
