Pa-do-do pa-pa-do-wa! Sing along everyone! Kawaii! Padudu is so cute! She wears a fish as a cape! (Yes, it's still alive.) Cree wants a fish cape really bad. Maybe for cosplay?! I wish someone would finish subbing this show.. *sniffle* Anyway, as for the wallpaper, Padudu uses a fish wand in her magical battles. And if she wins she gets one of the swirlies in the background as a checkmark on her scorecard. And that explains that.
